Hunting Load Finalized..165 Partitions....

Hi All...was having a devil of time getting the .308 165 Partitions to shoot in my 308W Ed Brown Marine Sniper...
Tried Fed 210Match Primer....Nosler Cases & 43GR. Varget....groups were 1 to 1.5"....THIS rifle shoots Fed 168 Match into .5" and Fed 150 Gr Factory Ballistic tips into .6"...soooooo...tried Lapua cases....CCI BR2 Primers and same powder charge of 43Gr. Varget...OAL is 2.810"...results were astounding...also..my club had their chrono. set up that day and the FIRST FIVE SHOT group thru the chrono from a cold clean bbl. went .380"...!!!! Velocity avg. is 2798fps...high is 2805fps and low is 2786fps...Just to make sure this was not a fluke, I fired 3 more FIVE shot groups and NONE went over .400"....
Maybe not the speediest 308 load but I'll take THIS level of accuracy with my 60yr. old eyes....who said Partitions weren't accurate..????
Rifle is as follows:308 Ed Brown Marine Sniper...KREIGER BBL 24" Remington Varmit Countour...JEWELL Trigger set at 35oz....
SWAROVSKI PH 4x16 with STD. Crosshair...
