Jet Sled

I've used the large Otter sled setup to pull behind a ATV to transport deer out of the marsh and to haul tools and supplies to work on deer stands. It has since been replaced with the Otter trailer with flotation tires. In the marsh the ATV just throws too much water and mud on the sled. I actually have been thinking about getting the sled out of the rafters and selling it on Market Place. It would be perfect for use on a little dryer ground. We've hauled multiple deer in the sled out at one time without a problem. They also work great for hauling ice fishing gear.

Thanks Dan , I bought these wear runners from Sportsman warehouse . they had them available for a ship to my local store , and also had the best price I found .

I wish I'd have bought a set of wear runners before I about ruined the sled .

I'll keep my eyes open , if they have sleds on sale for $40 again , I'll probably buy another one . that sale was right before PA deer rifle season , so I'll guess it was a Thanksgiving holiday sale
Thanks, Jim. I appreciate it.

This is what I built for my ice fishing sled. It keeps the bottom from wearing out while crossing bear dirt or asphalt / concrete parking lots. Never used it for dragging on bear dirt for hunting or dragging heavy loads. On a downhill run, it will try run over you;
