Looking for a new stock.

Just checking to see if anyone knows where I can buy a plain Jane synthetic stock to fit a Savage 114 in 7mm RM. Its a detachable magazine. I'm not after anything custom, just want something oem or relatively cheap to put on it when the weather is bad and I don't want to quit hunting. I was kinda hoping to find someone who upgraded there 110 and still had the old stock.

If you want to stay with a Savage factory stock go over to Savageshooters.com and check in the classifieds.(you may have to join to get into the classifieds). Those folks have lots of takeoff stocks, barrels etc. Should be able to get a pretty good deal.

edit:Just thought. Forget that. PM me. I think I have one or two out in the shop you can have.

Now if you're upgrading, check out Bell and Carlson Medalists, Hogue makes Savage full bedding block stocks, Choate, and some others including McMillan, although the Mc stock will set you back a little. :grin:
