Minimum velocities, Partition HG and 45/70 300

Nosler: your FAQ posts show minimum reliable expansion velocities for Partitions as 1800 FPS. Gut instinct tells me this is not true for Partition HG bullets or the 45/70 300 and the .30 170 rn. What are these values??? By the way, how about a .35 caliber FP or RN, about 200 grains, for us levergun lovers.
