need load info for 300 rum and 180 accubonds?

I do not have a chrony to check, but I do belive this is on the lower end of the scale.
87.0gr RL-25
Federal Primers
OAL = Max Magazine Length on mine

I've shot up to 93grns of RL-25 without any pressure signs, but the 87.0 grns is the most accurate.

Start at 95 gr retumbo and work up to about 100 gr. Should bust 3300 fps with that load.

I got my best groups with 98.5gn of retumbo and 88.5 of RL-22. I use GM215M primers and a COL of 3.635". I have since settled on using 200ABs with 95gn of retumbo with all else being the same.

Shot my best group with 95gr RL-25 and 180gr ballistic tips .370 moa, I also get good results with 100.1 gr Retumbo and 180gr accubonds. I think I will try some 200gr accubonds .

Hodgdon and Nosler both have some excellent 3200 - 3300 fps loads listed for the .300 RUM with 180 grain bullets...

Here's the link for Nosler's info in their "ballistic room" :

I'm using Retumbo with 200 grain bullets now, with excellent velocity and accuracy. Will be trying the 180's one of these days too, but dang, those 200's shoot good!

I have had good luck and good groupes with 180 acubonds and h1000. My groups are at .5 and with 94.5g they were flying at 3365 give or take , the other day me and a friend were shooting at 600 yards, my grouping was 5inches and 1/4. My bullets left some deep dents on a 3/8 plate of steel and one drilled right through.

I shoot a Christensen Arms/Winchester Action .300 Ultra Mag. My pet load is 96.0 grains RL-25, Federal 215 primer, and the 180 grain AccuBond. Average muzzle velocity over an F1 Chrony is 3400 fps. A very sweet combination in my rifle.

I wish I could find just as sweet of load for my 7MM Ultra Mag. This cartridge is the most difficult one I've come across to find a good load for. It absolutely hates 160 grain accubonds. Does okay with 160 grain Partition's... 2" groups. Not much better with Barnes TSX... 1.5" groups. I'm going to start working with 140 grain Ballistic Tips to see if I can find a tighter group for a 140 grain AccuBond.
