Just starting to reload and looking for any information i can gather. I will be reloading for a browning a bolt medallion in 338. I have 250gr and 225gr accubonds for it, and hoping that the 225gr works well. I also have a browning a bolt 270wsm and wanting to try the 140gr accubonds. With what i have read it seems the rl 19 is very well liked for the 338. Any info would be great. thanks

Welcome to the forum. ReLoder 19 will work very well in the 338WM, and it is an excellent powder for your 270WSM with the 140 grain AB. In fact, this particular powder is my powder of choice whenever I'm loading those particular bullets. Follow the loading guides provided in the Nosler Manual, and you should find very quickly a great load with the bullets you have chosen.

Best advice I can give is go read a ton before you put brass to the press. I thought Speer, Nosler and Hornady guides are all worth reading through before you start. (With no offense to our board hosts, Speer's intro/info is really well done - I found it some of the most helpful.)

Welcome to the forum. As previously stated RL 19 will work for the 338 and the 270. I have had better luck with H4350 and RL22 for the 270 WSM.

RL19 should work really well with your 338 and 225/250 grain bullets. It is my go to in the 338. Accurate and fast.
RL19 should be a great one as well in your 270WSM. I haven't ever messed with it in the 270WSM, but it would be excellent with the 130/140's I think. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Read the manual, and enjoy. Repeat as necessary. If it is not fun, walk away and come back to it another time.
I agree, the Speer is a great intro manual. I got mine with the rockchucker combo I bought.
