Nosler Solid Base?

I came across an old box of Nosler 30 Caliber bullets. They are 150 grain hollow point solid base. Are these just a match bullet for target shooting?

Is the part # 28471? If so, yes they are match bullets. I remember these shooting real well in a 308 I used to own.

These are #28470. If not the same, probably the same design.

FWIW I had to go back to Nosler #2 (1981) to find #28470. It just says hollow point with no other description & #28471 is listed right below it as HP Match. Nothing about either in Nosler #1 (1976) & no mention of #28470 in #3 (1989). By Nosler #4 (1996) the Solid Bases were all phased into Ballistic Tips, so it was apparently only made for a short time.
