Wow! I am surprised also that it is not bringing more? I guess the cracks in the tang and hand are keeping the price down? G&H custom Mauser's go for big money sometimes, especially in a rare chambering.

He's not far from you, Charlie. However, you're correct that it may be a wall hangar by this point. Perhaps the cracks can be repaired, but it would sure drop the value to a collector.

That is a dandy, looks to have a few miles on her however. Maybe lots of miles. A good cleanup would make a big difference.
