Proud of My Natal State

I was born and raised in Kansas. I'm quite distressed that the State ever elected someone such as Kathleen Sebelius to office. However, I am extremely proud of the current governor and administration. I am especially proud of their stand against the AG of the USA.

Good for Kansas. problem is all "Big Brother has to do is withold any and all federal funding to the state and you can guess what happens next? And they complaun about bullying. Hell! Big brother is the biggest bully of all. :x To the whole world for that matter.

While I view what Kansas did in a good light I think the reality is that the federal, prefer the descriptor of feral, government will strongarm any state that doesn't acquiesce to federal desires.

Until the people are willing to push back, with lethal force if necessary, the federal government will run roughshod over the people. We fought a war over the conditions we are currently facing over 200 years ago. The signs and symptoms of discontent are brewing but I fear that it is for naught.

No, I'm not saying I want a war, only that conditions are such that one could be brewing. I don't see a war as a viable option for a variety of reasons and don't have the solution but I do know I'm disgusted with what's happening in our country.

DrMike, Sebelius is a monster but I guess that it can happen anywhere. Fortunately, Kansas is doing a lot of good in taking down he AG of the US a notch or two in his anti Constitutional activities against the citizens of this country and the Second Amendment. I support the state of Kansas in their fight and hope that they at least prove their main points against this idiot AG. An AG who should have been impeached for Fast and Furious and jailed for contempt of Congress
