QL show 39.5 grs as DANGEROUS ! :shock: its a very Common load some guys use as much as 41 grs ! :) HMM ! any comments :?: RJ
 
Differing case capacities due to different chambers. Using the H20 space would probably show where the difference is.

Wasn't this powder named by Hodgdon because 38.0gr of powder worked so well for him in a 22-250 using a 55gr bullet?
 
I have shot that load in at least 4 - 5 diff 22-250 rifles over the last 30 years and there has never being any pressure + signs in any of the rifles so I DOUBT that the pressure is any where near 70000 as QL suggests ! JMO RJ
