I have recently started reloading and I have been reading where people are weighing cases and I can't understand how that helps accuracy. I would appreciate any information on this. Thanks

Consistency is the name of the game in reloading. You want your assembled ammo to be uniform and consistent. That means eliminating as much variables as you can in your handloads. One of these variable is the brass wall thickness. Brass that have thicker wall are heavier than brass that have thinner wall, therefore less volume. You can identify which brass has thicker wall and which one has the thinner wall by weighing them.
