Can you imagine no longer needing to reload so many test rounds? All that would be needed is ONE round and joula, your game is down. Makes today's technology pretty obsolete IF IT CAN BE DONE.

I saw this report a couple of months back. No doubt such a projectile will be developed and put into action. It will be a phenomenal addition to the military arsenal. I wouldn't see it being used by law enforcement immediately as it will undoubtedly be fairly pricey. Eventually, however, it will make it into the arsenal of larger agencies.
