Well guys, I still have not found a spotting scope. If anyone know of one that is (as the old saying goes good but cheap) I would appreciate a heads up. I really plan on getting in some range time staring in a few weeks.
I have an old fixed 30 power with a very short bipod looking for a home. Its a quality scope not junk and still very serviceable. I can't remember the brand. I won't be home for three more weeks, PM me, and we can work out a deal.
