Superb Service!

I purchased a Nosler Model 48 Custom rifle from the holiday list. When it arrived I checked the feeding with dummy rounds. I discovered that it would not feed from the right side without jamming the nose of the round into the rear of the barrel from the left side of the magazine. I emailed Shawn, who happened to be on vacation, so I forwarded a copy of the email to Kevin Abell. Kevin forwarded my note to John Harken contacted me immediately and had UPS pick up the rifle the next day.

The total time from first contact to the return of my rifle to my doorstep was 10 working days. It would have been 9, but I wasn't home to accept delivery yesterday.

A big Thank You to the Nosler team for the wonderful service to correct the issue with my rifle. I hope to start breaking it in this week if the weather cooperates.

John is top notch indeed. Told him I have a slight creep that is hardly detectable (but I know it is there) and he is having UPS pick mine up today to adjust the trigger. NO charge, just great service and Nosler is paying for the shipping to and from Nosler. It does not get any better than this. Why do I want that slight creep gone? So, I can shoot even tighter three and ten shot groups than it already does. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Yes, this has been an extremely impressive rifle as far as I am concerned and it takes a lot for a rifle to impress me. Not only does it shoot consistent small groups but the rifle's fit and finish, balance and weight along with how easy it shoulders on a standing shot, gets the highest marks of any custom I have owned, and I have owned a few to say the least. I just loved it this year on my hunts, so easy to tote around weighing with scope only 7 pounds 8 ounces. I love it and can't wait to get it back with the trigger adjusted.
