I purchased a Nosler Model 48 Custom rifle from the holiday list. When it arrived I checked the feeding with dummy rounds. I discovered that it would not feed from the right side without jamming the nose of the round into the rear of the barrel from the left side of the magazine. I emailed Shawn, who happened to be on vacation, so I forwarded a copy of the email to Kevin Abell. Kevin forwarded my note to John Harken contacted me immediately and had UPS pick up the rifle the next day.
The total time from first contact to the return of my rifle to my doorstep was 10 working days. It would have been 9, but I wasn't home to accept delivery yesterday.
A big Thank You to the Nosler team for the wonderful service to correct the issue with my rifle. I hope to start breaking it in this week if the weather cooperates.
