The Man Doesn't Stop

In the Friday statement, President Obama and Biden renewed their call for Congress to pass "common-sense gun safety legislation" -- including by expanding the background check system and making gun trafficking a federal crime.

Wonder if they would apply this to the Gunwalker scandal.

Even during his 1st term, he stated that the Constitution was outdated and it needed to be tossed. The same document he swore to "protect and ... etc." at his 1st swearing-in. The same document that gives him powers ... ah yes, it is about the POWER !!!!!!!!!! isn't it !!!!!!!!!!!!

Legally the only way that any gun owner could loose their second amendment right of owning a firearms due to mental illness is if they have been deemed incompetent in a court of law. Short of this would be a violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth amendments.

Not like it will hurt his ratings anyway

It hard to believe that 39% still think he is wonderful.
Liberalism is a mental illness.

What I find ironic is that pot is ok, not a big deal BUT French fries, fast food and junk food are bad.
So when one smokes pot, don't they get the "munchies" and crave junk food?

These A holes don't make any sense to me.

Perhaps his experience with pot was some years ago; but he is in the pot now!

I honestly do not believe that he ever went to Law School. My son's law class at Penn was 225 students. My son knew all of their names and had at least a passing acquaintance with them, not Barry Soetero, he knows nothing about anything, including law. Do not take my word for it, talk to a real lawyer!
