I think Holder realizes that if the Repubs take the senate in Nov he is going to be in very deep doo doo. It will be very interesting to see where he disappears, oops I mean where he moves to. He did, without a doubt run the most partisan justice department ever.

Reading speculation that we could be hearing of "Justice Holder" on the bench of the Supreme Court. Now, doesn't that prospect just make your day. Resigning at this time would permit the President to make an appointment before the Senate is delivered into control of the Republicans. The mischief would then be perpetuated for decades to come.

Holder says he'll stay until his replacement arrives...I say it would be best to keep him in place by refusing to confirm a replacement, and beat the administration to death with him until after the elections, and possibly beyond.

That hasn't stopped Barry the Choom, he just does a recess appointment anyway even if illegally.
