That was a pretty low shot Fotis! What a stick of wood on the rifle! Man o man. I could never cheat on my current 270WSM though. Someday one of those Supergrades in something cool will be mine! Hope someone grabs that rifle. It is very nice!

Hey Scotty, I hope someday you will be able to get 2 of them matching wood in 270 WSM and in your other favorite the 35 Whelen

Blessings,
Dan

You and me both. They are some nice rifles and what i see of them, they are some well made rifles. I would cave in a heartbeat to a 35 Whelen Supergrade. Scotty

Scotty,

What are you waiting for buddy? You need to jump all over it so I don't.

You know that'd look good next to my two other Win 70's! The only thing better than two Win 70's is three Win 70's!

That would look very good next to your rifles. There would be three lovely examples of the rifleman's artisan in your safe then.

That's work for Scotty. Matching father/son 264s? Sounds alright to me.

EE, that was just downright mean! Why are you fellers not jumping on them 264's! I can't buy them all.. If I did buy it, you can be sure which one my son would be carrying!

You have become a .264 WM enthusiast, right? Matching father/son .264's?

Me no like!

If you're gonna stick a shilen on a 264 for pete's sake make it a 26" tube!!!!!!!!!!   [

Gotta agree on this...the extra 2" will pay off and makes the rifle point better in my book. It never was meant to be a fast pointing brush gun  .

I am saving this one for you Jim. I know you said you needed a M70 in your collection. I am thinking with an M70 in the safe, it might rub off on the others some more! Scotty

Me neither, I guess I'm not the pro rifle middleman I thought I was. I'll just go back out and mow the grass. Maybe it would be more accurate and stable with controlled harmonics which don't compound sequentially through those extra inches? :p

Could be! Seeing how well my 264 does with a 26" tube, I really don't think a 24 would hamper it too much. I like my 26 but wouldn't pass up a great 24" rifle in the 264 if that is what you were looking for. Scotty
