Worked up a load for a buddy. 180 PT IMR 4350 300 win mag 3080 fps

I did,nt know 4350 would give that kind of speed with the 180. Thats very nice.

Very nice. Pretty sure that is Elkman's combo for the last 20 years as well. He has a book full of groups you could cover with a nickel or better with 180's and 4350.

SWEET for sure !! May have to try 4350 when I run out of RL22 for my 300WM with 180gr AB's.

Yup, I think that is just what Bill is running..

Ya, I see that sierra manual # 2 calls out 71.4 max for a gameking with IMR-4350. Thats a mighty fine old school load for sure. I think I,ll try that load. The speed and accuracy is superb.

I always had good luck with 70-71 grains of IMR 4350. H4350 not as good but minute of hunting. Your buddy is set!
