It certainly looks as if it is a hopeful sign in the states, and worthy of a letter to your congressman/woman.

I wrote also,,, not that they will listen. Their track record on that hasn't been good lately! I read an article here not so long ago,,,the eggspurts are blamming the declining Moose population on "global warming" :roll:
Ya right, uh huh, I can see the rational in that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I best quit with that!
