I bought an Under Armour Scent Control Heat Gear long sleeve shirt for bear and deer hunting out here in Southern California. Like many other under armor shirts it's incredibly comfortable and lightweight. The heat gear worked really well for wicking away the sweat and I stayed pretty dry for the couple of days I was out there. The temperature averaged about 85 degrees all three days. I really liked that I didn't get sunburned which happens pretty easily on a cloudy day. Mine is Mossy Oak patterned but it also comes in Real Tree AP. The main purchasing point is scent control. I've never used scent control before and I didn't see much besides a few smaller does and about 20 people constantly driving around on dirtbikes and ATVs so honestly I have no idea how successful this product is in that department.

Bottom Line: It's a really nice lightweight long sleeve t-shirt that is great for warm sunny days. Under Armor shirts are pretty tough and I've been wearing the same OD green undershirts for years to the gym, during training, and in combat environments and they don't wear out easily.

I have read that about 30% of human scent comes from exhaling during breathing but I do not know how much of that falls to the ground except expired droplets. Short of wearing a carbon filled filtermask during hunting, I do not know what could be done about expiration. However, you probably decreased your body scent somewhat?
