What is a good load for 180 e-tip in 30-06?

Just bought a box of e-tips. Want to use them on elk from a
sportered springfield 30-06 (1928). It already shoots 150 grain
accubonds and 220 grain sierra round nose close to 1/2".
Want a sturdy load for longer ranges than the 220 without
having to use a range finder all the time. Reloader 19 is working best
in the current loads.
