Who is the Enemy?

Very scary.

You have to ponder the thought though if our military would actually turn against us.

In 1933, it was unthinkable that Germans would actually turn on Germans. In 1939, it was unimaginable that French would turn on French. I don't doubt the depths of human depravity, and especially the ability to rationalize evil actions.

I would not be surprised to see a another civil war in this country in my lifetime with the direction our government has gone in the last 15-20 years, especially if it continues. If the military turns on it's own people it's going to get ugly and it will put them is a terrible position. If I was in the military I'd be afraid to start a war against the citizens of this country. There are so many skilled shooters, weather sport shooters or former military, in the general population and they are way out numbered.

I went over to help manage the build and start-up of a Medical Device plant in Suzhou China. The first time I went there was in 1991 only 2 years to the month after the Tiananmin Square Massacre of Chinese nationals by the PR of China army forces. Even in China, where millions of people had survived Mao's Cultural Revolution reeducation camps, there was deep seated anger at the government within the ranks of the Chinese people. No one would say anything out of fear, in public, however privately, the Politburo and their wisened and suspicious old men had severly undermined the trust of the poeple. In fact China promised that they would never fire on their own people again, ever.

As an aside, because I do not know if I am really being tracked or not because I have not done anything, ever to attract attention. However, I was targeted and hacked by the China Censors for 14 years after I last visited and did some work China in 1999. Finally, Microsoft accused me of using too much bandwidth (me????) and I convinced them that the Chinese had invaded my internet space and spammed all my contacts which they cleaned up quietly for me. The point of mentioning this is: that while I was being monitored by the Chinese, my computer lost a lot of speed and bandwidth capability even for on-line high resolution pictures.

Strangely enough and coincident with Obama's White House announcement a few weeks ago about Homeland Security monitoring all internet postings on targeted public web sites, my computer slowed down again and bandwidth compressed, hmm! I also lose this site connection very often when I log on to check messages? No proof positive certainly but suspicious none the less. I would like to hear from others if them have had the same issues?

I promised myself I'd not get into such things here.... I promised myself I'd be a nice little Marine and ignore such things... I promised myself to maintain self congtrol.... I promised myself not to break said promises.

So I lied to myself.

As far as the Info Wars article is concerned....I wouldn't open that site if ya paid me too. Been there already. fear mongers taking anything they can out of context in order to spread fear and convince folks to send them momney in order to stay in business and defend everyone's rights to knowledge.

Haven't seen a shred of truth from those folks yet.

NOW.... the Times article is something else.

What they do not say is these games have been going on for decades.

Granted, with the current administration, I'd except nothing less from them.

But there is a difference to have a paper done then executing plans made from those papers.

Back in 1970, as a fresh, young Marine.... I went through USAMPS... the Army's MP School as required by DOD to get MOS Qualified.

These very scenarios were discussed and taught. Primary discussion was the legal aspects of the Active Military involvement in such activities. Given the current administrations lack of concern about legal considerations, anything is possible. Then again.... remember Nixon?

Heck, remember history... George Washington used the Militia to put down an insurrection.

What I find fascinating is when articles like this pop up.... the military suddenly becomes a large, mindless beast, ready to do it's masters will without regard to reason.

As the article mentions, often those within the military work to undermind things they feel is wrong.

We have to remember, the folks that make up the military are the kids across the street. The young man who sacked your groceries last year. The girl who sold lemonaide around the corner during the summers.

And if someone wishes to make a comment about following orders.... there is such a thing as an Illegal Order. It is one of the reasons for the JAG offices. The President can issue an order all he wants.....if JAG determines that order is Illegal... he can go suck an egg.

And currently....the Military are at risk of becoming a side show again. Obama plans to do to them what Carter never accomplished. Make them impotent. This is a sad state of affairs.

Will any officers attempt to execute said orders? Certainly. It is nature at it's worst.

Now I know someone will comment on use of the military in riot control since the 1960's, but I do hope consideration will be made to the extent of the situation they where thrust into and their actions once on the ground. Certainly the lastest situation was in Los Angeles and the activity of the Marines there. But the Marines never fired unless fired upon. Basic rules of combat in an Urban Environment.

What I really find interesting about the article is that no mention is made of local law enforcement or the National Guard. It goes directly to the US Military.

Hell.....in Texas, they'd just send one Ranger and continue to march.

Mortis, hopefully it will only take one Secret Service person to arrest Barry Soetero for inpersonating an American citizen and President!

Actually that's ICE....

But remember...Andrew Jackson was once arrested by the US Marshall's while in office......so it is possible.

I did learn a new word today due to Obama! The word is that Barry is Solipsistic, meaning that in his mind, only he exists in reality (complements of the Newsweek article about Obama not being fit for office).

Wow! Newsweek actually trashing the "messiah"? Who'da thunk? I think that the job I would hate the most is being one of Obama's Secret service bodyguards. To think that I might have to take a bullet for that POS is something I find hard to comprehend.
On another note, the question was, "Who is the enemy?" I believe Pogo stated it quite well. WE are our own worst enemy. If everyone got off their dead butts and voted to get him out, it just might get done. Well at least if the dead don't rise and vote for him again. Frankly, those who stay home because they either feel their vote won't count or that Romney doesn't stand a chance, well that's a freebie vote for Obama. :x We don't want to give him anything but a kick in the butt as he goes out the door.

That is the issue. According to Western News Daily, remnants of ACORN are mailing Obama constituants voter registrations for their dead pets and to illegal aliens in states where ACORN operated in 2008. This is why the Justice Department is fighting Arizona and Texas on the voter registration card requirements.

In Washington, we all vote absentee and the Dems cooked the count for the 2010 election for Sen. Patty Murray (Abortion Patty). She was losing big-time, like 10%, Obama showed up in Seattle and all of the sudden all of the (usually Republican) absentee, armed service votes came in and all voted for her? Yeah right!

Hard to win when the election is as crooked as a Tombstone Faro game!
