The headline asks, "Should you lose your gun rights if you visit a shrink?" Before you answer, consider how many veterans are required to see a shrink due to the stress of combat. Then, weigh the HHS proposed rule-making floated by the WH, that would waive HIPAA to allow psychiatrists to report their patients to the FBI's gun-ban blacklist (NICS system). Whatever happened to patient confidentiality?

My daughter sent this to me. You can bet that many people, once they learn what the administration has in store, will cease speaking with their physician or health-care professional, as they won't be able to trust them. Now, don't you feel safer? And healthier?

...they don't even have to see a doctor, review boards can issue a restriction w/o ever interviewing the veteran...

...near impossible & very expensive bunch of hoops to get your rights back...

...& there was an article a couple of years ago, where a VA doctor was quoted he received "bonuses" of $3500 for each patient he referred to a board...

President Barry the Muslim has more in stock for us this year after he burns out on taxpayer paid expensive vacations.

unfortunately our democrat friends and their illustrious leader are trying to add retired police and firefighters to this list. will the garbage ever end.
