The headline asks, "Should you lose your gun rights if you visit a shrink?" Before you answer, consider how many veterans are required to see a shrink due to the stress of combat. Then, weigh the HHS proposed rule-making floated by the WH, that would waive HIPAA to allow psychiatrists to report their patients to the FBI's gun-ban blacklist (NICS system). Whatever happened to patient confidentiality?
