No, not a new football team! Whew, "my" Seahawks barely beat the St. Louis Rams last night.
So today, my back felt good enough for another foray into the canyons for chukar & huns. Had the 12 gauge, and the .45 just in case some varmint needed 230 grains of attention.
ALSO - remembered to take my little Canon pocket camera, and I'm glad I did. Bumped into two young bighorn rams who were willing to pose for a few photos. If you notice the collars, the Washington Dept of Fish & Wildlife keeps close track of these rams. They're very much wild, but they've been trapped and equipped with radio/GPS collars.
Was buzzed by an EA6B Prowler:
And thought I'd finish with a photo of the orchards along the Columbia River. After all, Washington is known for apples & hydro power:
