Exactly three months ago I sent a range finder to Zeiss for repair. It eventually had to go to Germany, as for some reason it could not be repaired in the US. I thought three months was a little long, but did receive a "brand new" in the mail yesterday. Now I am happy.

Congratulations, Bill. I'd say that Zeiss went to the mat for you. I've sent back two Diavari scopes to Zeiss. I was completely satisfied with the service and the turn-around. So pleased it worked out for you.
 
Bill, I am sure glad that Zeiss stepped to the plate for you. It shows they are a top shelf company!!

Just in the nick of time Bill. Which model did you get?
It was an 8 X 20 Victory, a beautiful instrument, and typical Zeiss quality. I now have 6 different Zeiss products, and all are beautiful.
 
I am hanging with you, Bill. I now have 2-Ziess Conquests-2.5x8x32 & 3.5-10x44; 2-Zeiss HD5's, both 3-15x42; 1-Zeiss V Diavari-5-15x42 and 10x42 Zeiss Victory binoculars. No flies on our rifles, Bill!

Plus, I have given my two older sons each, a Zeiss Conquest scope.
