Sorry middle one was an AccuBond!

Is that the new 6mm AccuBond? How far did you shoot it for the test?

That AccuBond is just plain sexy.......as always.

It is the 165 AB out of David's 30-06....

Don't give him too much, it'll go to his head! Scotty

Yes Scotty that 165 gr. AccuBond was out of a 30-06! The range on the 3 photographed together was 100 yards lanman.

lanman they went E-tip (6mm), AccuBond (30-06), Partition (6mm)

I just picked up 2 boxes of the 90 gr E-tip but haven't loaded any yet. Care to comment on the powder used, muzzle velocity and accuracy?

Thanks,

Got the info from your other post.

Thanks,

Just doubling up to make sure you have it correct.
6mm Remington
Winchester Brass
Federal 210 primer
Hodgdon H100V powder - 44.5 grs (work up in your own rifle watching for pressure signs)2.840 OAL
Rifle - Ruger MKII 6mm - 22" barrel - Boyds nutmeg laminate stock that has been pillar & glass bedded - barrel floated
Scope - Leupold 4.5-14x40mm w/B&C reticle in it
FPS - 3140-3160 fps w/o showing any pressure signs.
3-shot groups at 100 yards - 1/2" to 3/4" range

MrBruce my son has taken one nice mule deer buck, 3 antelope, and a nice cow elk with that load. I have not recovered a bullet from any of them yet. The cow was broadside at 350 yards and it went out her off-side shoulder and she went about 25 yards and dropped. I've sure been impressed with that bullet. It also has a high BC so it should retain velocity and energy pretty well too. I hope this helps.
David
