7mm 140 Etip

I recovered this from a whitetail buck shot with my 280 rem. Muzzle velocity 2970 and the distance was 100 yards. Didn't hit any heavy bones

Nice expansion. I'm surprised that you recovered this bullet in a deer. What was the impact and where did you recover the bullet?

I was very surprised to recover the bullet. The entrance was just behind the shoulder and I found the bullet against the hide right behind the last rib on the off side.

Same here. Sorta amazed to see one recovered in a deer. Looks pretty good though.
