Benelli Ultra Light 28ga...babysitting

A buddy of mine had to go to the L48 for a few weeks and he dropped off his new Benelli UL28 with a couple boxes of shells to "go shoot stuff with".

What a sweet handling gun!

I can't wait to find a few ptarmigan to chase with this thing...5 pounds on the nose.

Looking at getting a Benelli 28 gauge as a second 28 gauge, since my wife seems to be laying claim to my Sporting 28! It is just so much fun to shoot and hunt ruffies with!

The couple times I’ve gotten my hands on 28 gauges, I’ve enjoyed tremendously. I’ve gotten to hunt partridges and shoot skeet with a Beretta Silver Pigeon OU and a browning.

My favorite is my 5# benelli super sport from their Performance shop. That on is a 20... but I could see a 28ga in the same. I’m normally a wood guy, but this graphite fabric... I really like the look.
