Ok.... So simplify. You used virgin brass and got no carbon. Plus a .25 group. Great. When you started messing with things the carbon shows up.and accuracy suffered. Shoulder bump or not or how much, partial resize or semi partial size/neck size, annealing,, and whatever else I'm missing...

I dont know of an instance the partition isn't a good bullet sans the most dangerous of game. It definitely doesn't do anything the best but it sure does a lot really good.

Ok... But have you compared fkat base versus boat tail ? In 22 cal bullets I've found flat base often times out performs a boat tail. I cant say that with most other calibers but definitely found it with 22 cal
