I've seen it . I CAN'T remember exactly where but I've seen some in the last 3 months

    Reloder TS 11

I'll tell you exactly what they're doing. Keeping their blue sky from shrinking or even regaining some of it until they're back on shelves regularly again with their bread and butter. They can live off this announcement for a little bit but that time is definitely limited.

    .308 165 grain ballistic tips

Maybe... And I might buy that if this were the 90's.... BUT... today... There are tons of ammo mfg's out there. Certainly a lot more than yesteryear. Hornady has their own line. Sierra making ammo now. Less hunters today than yesterday... More ammo selection...yet we can't get the very thing...

    Same or Different?

That was the thing. We carried Nosler along with the other major bullet players and in the first half of the 90's there was a real problem with BT's The tone from hunter gibberish just went like a brush fire. These bullets were "explosive" and that was that. That was the theme. We got sales...

    Same or Different?

Back in the day 90's way deep within the industry Nosler said a lot. I think their cut off was 6mm 90 gr or 25 100 gr... They swore up and down those bullets had thicker jackets. That said it's still a volatile bullet upon impact and can leave a massive exit. Then again many high powered...

    .308 165 grain ballistic tips

Great... but.... BUT...... Why are we left with getting blems once in a blue moon or nothing. There is absolutely no way Nosler is "making as many as fast as they can" No way in hell. Present day you've got Berger, Barnes, Sierra, Speer, Hornady not to mention some outliers like Lehigh...

    Outrageous Prices

The thing is with the pricing... As a retailer you have two choices... Wait until your regular supplier gets it back in and it still won't reflect 2017 pricing...nor will the availability.....but you can probably have it delivered via local truck run with no hazmat.... Or... You bite the...

    ya recon?

The joke is still on us... I'd consider running Hornady 90gr GMX .418 B.C. Or... Hornady ELD-X 103gr .512 B.C. Two reasons... #1 they perform every bit as good as the Nosler you mentioned... #2 You can actually get them pretty much whenever and at a better price

    Outrageous Prices

That's about on par for Weatherby. Weatherby ammo was always more. Add in using accubonds too.. Yeah looks about right. 300wsm Winchester Supreme 180gr BST were $80 a couple years ago

    Outrageous Prices

Why support the box stores to begin with. They sell tons of other ball and stick items they don't need your shooting business. The independent shop ....on the other hand...will always be there no matter the trendy political horseshit going on. That's who I support. I refuse to buy at the...

    Nosler 115gr BT Velocity Comparison

I can tell you in the short mags I didn't see anywhere the jump Hornady claims of that powder. Super short or WSM's... R17 was like a match made in heaven for the shorter fatter powder columns... P.s. I think the WSSM's got aborted way too quickly. If given the dedicated time they are damn...

    Word on Remington 7600

Yep...and you can't get either... At least newly mfg'd

Been awhile with some .30 cal

I can comfortably hit 3050 with 180's in my WSM's 24" bbl's One particular 300 WSM rifle and a 180 gr bullet nearing the pressure wall I can see 3208 fps To each their own but I'd never run a 28" bbl on anything but possibly a 30 kong. Even then it would be a 26" and 2" muzzle brake.

Been awhile with some .30 cal

That's some incredible "odd six" velocities there
