I have two “go-to” loads for the .22-250. A- 55 grain NBT/39 grs of H380 B- 55 grain SGK/35 grs of Varget If magazine OAL or twist constraints wont allow one to use “A” I simply switch to “B.”

How do you define “big game?” How about small game or varmints? For me, it had traditionally started with pronghorn antelope, anything “smaller” was considered small game or varmints. Size can’t be the deciding factor though, our coyotes are much bigger than the African dik dik for example...
