Just an update, it ended being the muzzle brake causing the issue, so much for the high dollar brake! Pulled it off and issue went away.

CORRECT! I DO NOT recommend it as a sole source of reloading data! It is a tool to experiment with, the simpler you keep the questions the better the answers seem to be but it is not to be used exclusively for reloading data, just a reference.
