I tend to steer towards the Caribou myself but the more I think of the meals I once had of moose and Elk. I’d have to lean towards the Moose myself..

That smell of that roast cooking,, just going through your house is enough to put you down for the count.. nothing better. I’ve only had moose 3 times. and Elk 2 times. I can’t deny that it would be a tough call for me, they both laid me back in my recliner, I envy you guys..
