Yes the overall widths are different between the single and double stack, but the frame on the single is the same between calibers and you can change the grip panels to make it slimmer or wider, the grip module on the double are basically the same between the different calibers

    Speer deep curl?

I have them for my 25.06, when i was researching they sometimes caused pressure spikes, so they started coating them. They shoot fine as I recall but only loaded a couple dozen. And now that im writing this I think I have some 6.5 too that ive never messed with.

I wouldn't say I am a snob, but they do have to be quality, well built and from a reputable manufacturer(usually USA manuf., but not all). My revolvers are split between Ruger and S&W, with a Kimber thrown in, and range from 22LR to 500S&W. The semi autos have a broader array of manufacturers.

    Lever Gun Considerations

I have shoot several whitetails with a m 94 30-30, and also a single shot H&R when i was younger and much slimmer guy. I know you said max shot would be 200yd but how often would that actually happen in the woods when you're carrying the lever gun? And because of that, why not a 44 mag? Less...

    1911 build

How it currently sits with the 5" barrel and slide. Well actually back in pieces now. All that is left to install is the plunger tube, waiting on the staking tool. Been able to run all of the safety checks and currently all pass, has taken fitting/adjusting bit by bit. Now I'm thinking through...

Update, didn't like how the slide/barrel fit the frame i think the lower lugs were over cut so have a 5" on the way, if its the same i will then i will decide if I want to file the frame. Other than that i have fit the trigger and grip safety So this weekend the plan is to install the internals...
