Fortunately most people don’t have a hoarding problem but for those of us that do loading for lots of different stuff is all we do. I wish I could pick one cartridge and stay with it. Probably be boring as hell but a lot less costly, and be a master of one not a jack of all trades.

The other main reason is if you load for obsolete calibers. Newer manuals/online sources drop old cartridges all the time. Not worth their time.
