Would like to know safe starting point for vectan tubal 7000 using Barnes 140 grain tsx for 270 win

The Vectan Tubal 7000 sits between Alliant Reloder 17 and A4350 per the burn rate chart.

Thanks for the Info. I was able to find vectan data on Graf and sons. But not for 140 grain specifically. I did however start cautiously low at 48.6 grains which is the starting load for their 135 grain data. I worked up in .5 grain increments till I got to 51.1 at which time my groups opened to 1.25 and case head increased size by .001”. But at 50.6 grains I had a .75” group and no head expansion. I have no chronograph or reloading software and am shooting a left handed abolt ii with 22” barreled boss and have not tuned the barrel to the round. If someone with software could tell me my approximate velocity I would appreciate it. I hope this info help folks that have this little known powder.
