I too like hunting Impala. Shot two this year. One cull for camp meat one good one. Them and warthogs will probably always be in danger.

I shot a cull impala and a “management” warthog as well. Both with the 7mm-08 and both fun/good experiences. Warthogs I’m a bit different in because I wouldn’t shoot one unless it was for meat or a really good trophy. European hunters are warthog fanatics and I can see why Americans love them too. Warthog sausage infused with cheese is one of my favorites when I am there
