Due to help taking care of my mother last year's deer season was pretty much a bust and this year's season has been about the same but with my mothers passing last Saturday I think its time to go "deer hunting"!
I've got this small area that a friend lets me hunt and the deer wear it out. Saturday will find me in a blind, with a handful of tags, overlooking this small creek bottom funnel. Outside of a runt showing up nothing will be safe. My freezer is almost empty and I plan to rectify that.
