Response to pop the .257 weatherby can only match the .264 velocity with 100grainers verses .257 with 85 grainers.my .264 shoots 100gr. bt at 3900fps chrony verified with 24in barrel and less powder than the .257. :wink:

I have used 200bt in.338 win mag on 1 whitetail buck weight was 206lb at about 125 yards. Entrance hole was pencil size exit was 2in buck dropped on spot and never moved. :shock:

How about 100 grain accubond for .264 win.mag :grin:
