I am trying to fegure out something I was shooting my .257 ackley over my chrony friday and was confused about my SD readings I thought that when you got low SD that the groups should be tighter am I wrong :?

I bought some .284cal bullets at a gun show thay were cheap when a got home I noticed that thay were nickel plated so I thought :? my reloading buddys told me not to shoot them because thay were steal and would hirt my gun :shock: so I tryed a magnet and the stuck to them :x any sugestions...

Hi scout. I just bought a 257 ackley the nosler and sierra manuals have data I am trying IMR-4831 and varget powders in it and I found a web site that has a lot of data for it www.accuratereloading.com. keep me posted if you find a good load for it :grin:

yes I have many reloding manuals and yes it is for my 257 ackley I just cant find a load that it seems to like I have tried varget -IMR 4895 and IMR 4831 with 75-115gr bullets. the best load I have shot has been a fireforming load (.246"@100yds) thats my luck didnt weigh any thing just throw the...

I just bought a sightron 3.5-10-50 I put on a gun that shot very good it had a cheap bsa scope on it it would keep all shots in .5 or less after I put the sightron on it the groups went to 1" or bigger can any buddy hlep :cry:

your not the only one i get about 150-300 fps slower in my rifels but in my ruger 45 colt bisley 5.5" i get about 150-250 fps faster whats up with that :? :?
