I bought a box of 100 Ballistic Tips and as far as I can tell the only way to open them was to destroy the box. I'm glad i saved my old box because I transferred the bullets into a box that can be sealed and opened. Why did Nosler have to change the packaging??? Not happy.
I've been using M Pro7 the last year. I am so impressed I bought a gallon of it. It takes both the carbon and copper off as it is layered in the bore from shooting. Fast, odorless, the military uses it along with major gun manufacturers.
For a fun load, try some 125 gr pistol bullets with Re 7 powder behind them. The Speer #10 manual shows 58.0 @3079 fps and 62.0 gr @ 3353 fps. That load will be the most devastating load you've ever seen  I guarantee it.
Thanks everyone for the input. I want to take advantage of the flat trajectory the caliber offers, I don't care about the hides. The rifle is a Tikka T3 with 1/14 twist. I'll try the 40 grains and if I have to go to the 60 grain V max, I know from shooting them in my 223's they too are very...
I'm thinking of loading these in my 22-250 with IMR8208 powder. MV should be over 4000 fps, what has been the success of this bullet on coyotes? Thanks.
