Yep take the 59 grain load and work on seating depth. Just looking at my notes the last one I setup ended up at best OAL of 3.265"

150 Hunting NBT will be hard to beat.

In 7RM with 150 grain bullets just about anything RL22 can do, RL26 can do BETTER.

Best load in multiple 30-06's has been 59 grains of H4350 and seated at .075 off (1 gun had to be at .100 off) Fed 210 primers and 150 AB. Extremely accurate load. In 22" barrel look for accuracy node at 2,950 fps.....

May not, rely on chrono, OBT is gonna be right on at just under 2,800. If your barrel is 100 fps slow or fast charge will change right at a grain one way or the other to be spot on.....

RL 26 is hard to beat in the 7RM. I am at 3,200fps with 140 AB OAL 3.26" Fed 215M RL26 @ 71 grains.........

Being spherical and using Alliants data I used it in a standard .280 and it shot by far the best with Fed 215, for what it is worth. Was shooting 54 grains with 160AB. Shot good as far as accuracy but I don't have speeds recorded on it, but IIRC was in the 2,800ish range.

For a real tack driver and super temp stability to 600 yards in the 280AI I would not shoot but ONE load........ 150 Nosler Hunting Ballistic tip over 60 grains H4831SC......... look for accuracy node at approx 2,950 fps from 24" barrel. Well maybe 2 load. LOL Have moved to the 140AB under...
