My loaded 28 nosler rounds with Berger 175 gr Elite Hunters (HBN plated) in Nosler brass measures .305". Buy .302, .303, .304. That way you're covered. Later you can experiment with neck tension.

    Your First Continued

My first rifle was a Remington model Six 6mm Remington, got my first whitetail several whitetail with it. As of today. 223 Remington ar15 6mmBR Norma, most accurate ,my favorite 6mm AI 6mm Creedmoor ar10 6mm Creedmoor target rifle, most used 260AI, favorite 264 Win Mag ,new 6.5 wsm 26...

    your 1st

My first was 6.5-284 Norma. I knew it was a competition cartridge and I expected too much out of it in a hunting rifle. Second, 264 Win Mag. Definitely faster and about the same accuracy as 65-284. It loved Retumbo but these were the days before borescopes, I development hard carbon deposits...

    My 30 Nosler

Thanks, I'm kind of vain about the rifles I put together. This rifle started out as a factory 6.5-284. It was ok but I'm kind of a velocity hog and wasn't really satisfied with it so I rebuilt it. Changed bolt face to magnum, And new magazine box, SAV1 trigger set at about 18oz. Replaced the...

    My 30 Nosler

My 30 Nosler lost its virginity this morning. Mcgowen 26" 10 twist. 200gr Berger Hybrid target (not the 200.20x), Reloder25 at 3150fps. Shot him at 225 yards. He ran 25 yards, liquified his upper cavity. No exit but he had a good blood trail from his mouth.

Think I killed my last RL 26

7828ssc is similar in bulk density. You should try it.

Think I killed my last RL 26

You guys should try Imr 7828ssc as a replacement. You might be surprised that they behave similar. Despite what Alliant says RL26 has never been slower burning than RL25 and acts more like it should have been called "Reloder 24".

    Ginex pistol/Rifle primers

There is not one place in the world selling primers at a "reasonable " price. Two and a half years ago primers were $30 to $35 a brick. Match was $45 to $50. There's no way raw material prices have gone up 300% in two years! Manufacturers are taking advantage of a situation... and were paying...

    QL for 264 WM

Retumbo is the powder my last 264wm barrel prefered by a good margin. But PLEASE, clean your barrel often! It will cause a carbon ring and hard carbon deposits in the bore. Use a borescope to verify. Otherwise Retumbo will give great performance and accuracy.

    Anyone reload 9mm Luger?

So, Several things have transpired recently! After getting my first semi auto pistol p365 a few weeks ago , I bought a p365xl! Lol. I also picked up a progressive press, Genex pistol primers and N320 powder. I have been looking at RMR bullets particularly the Flat nose Matchwinners. My...

    Anyone reload 9mm Luger?

Got it. 75% of my free time is keeping my dozens of rifles fed! I pride myself on rolling my own. This is the first time I can ever remember that I find myself buying factory ammo.

    Anyone reload 9mm Luger?

Yeah, that's no BS! What's the plunk test?

    Anyone reload 9mm Luger?

Thanks, I've only loaded one at a time. Meticulous QC ,almost OCD about every small detail. So getting a Progressive press is a different word for me. Those setups can get expensive, it would take me a looong time to recuperate any savings from a Dillon.
