JD338 is correct. Nosler is not manufacturing 338RUM brass yet. I have made it known that there is a huge request for the stuff. I hope that my voice has been heard here at Nosler. We will have to wait and see what 2008 has in store for us.
The OAL of our 25-06 115gr BT loads is 3.185". Of course if you are hand loading for your rifle only, then I would customize the length for your rifle. We have to make sure that our ammunition will fit in all current rifles. The shipping on Nosler products is based on 2.5 pounds through UPS to...
Okay, consider it done!
We are actually currently working on the match ammunition. In fact the Shooters Pro Shop has a few boxes of 223 with 77gr Custom Competition bullets to test the market. In fact you can see it at www.shootersproshop.com under NoslerCustom ammunition and then 223...
I do not know what the chances are of seeing Nosler brass in 6.5x55. I hate to say it but it may not be that good for a while. Thank you so much for the compliment on our brass. I will put your suggestion in the lineup. You never know what will happen.
I am sorry for the late response, but there is only so much time in the day to cover the entire site. The velocity for the 25-06 ammunition is available on our web site. http://www.nosler.com/index.php?p=11&b=3&s=84
You can also calculate the bullet drop of our ammo or your personal loads by...
I am sorry, but I cannot guarantee that our amunition will function in your BAR. Our ammunition is built to work in all modern firearms, but I do not know if there is another issue that is causing this rifle not to function. If so then I cannot guarantee the ammo to work.
I am not sure of the exact date, but I think that it will actually be next month sometime when the brass reaches the distribution channels. I know that it will be available before next hunting season.
I agree that the Tikka rifles are fantastic. I aquired my third T-3 last year in 338 Win Mag. I had hoped to shoot the 210 Partitions out of it, but the 200gr AccuBonds are outshooting them. My 270Win will shoot sub .5" with anything that I put in it, and I can get the 22-250 down to .3" with...
I have been wanting a Beretta 92 for quite some time even though everything I heard (Until Now!) has been negative. I like the fit and finish, but I think that I would have to go with the 96. I agree with all of the comments about the 9mm cartridge lacking.
Who all has a Beretta for sale?
Savage 99, it does not sound like you have shot the 375 Ruger yet. The rifle that we had in our Ballistics lab for load data kicked like a mule. I am intrigued by this cartridge.
The Nosler model 48's have been selling very well. We have about a nine month backorder list, but I think that we are finally turning the corner.
We are getting the rifles built faster each day while maintaining quality. I am curious to know what everyone thinks of the Model 48 rifle also.
MX Racer you are in luck. The 280AI will have the thicker forearm.
For everyone else, I can tell you that there will be research done to see if the majority would prefer a change. The rifle program is new for us as all of you know. I feel that we will not be successful if we do not build what...
We at Nosler thank all of you for your patience. We have realized that our communication has areas that need improvement. We will strive to meet or exceed your expectations through this whole process. Our customers are number one. Without you we have nothing.
The 280AI rifle is moving along...
