7mm 160 grain Accubond actual BC?

.512 is just a conversion factor to get from the G1 BC to the G7, try it on the BC's in the picture, the math I did gives a G7 of .250

7mm 160 grain Accubond actual BC?

Ridge runner is speaking from experience, so I'd go with his advice. If you're using a magneto or lab radar the velocity is in my opinion is good, then check zero and measure sight height as accurately as possible. Also, make sure you're using the correct pressure in your program, that's by far...

7mm 160 grain Accubond actual BC?

My guess is about .485-.490 going off of litzs numbers for the other Noslers Litz measured in his book, plug that in your ballistics program and see if the numbers make your come ups match

    6.5x47 and 147gr ELD-M?

Curious on thoughts with this combo, what powders would be top contenders and what velocities could be expected from a 28" barrel? Assuming 2,750fps for a 140 Berger Hybrid and 2,650 for the 147, the ELD has 10" less wind deflection at 1000 yards with a 10mph wind, that is definitely a huge...

    6.5 creedmore vs. 260

6 to one, half dozen to another. Both are accurate and will give you very similar performance.

212 ELD-X in .300 win mag get the nod from me

Stout load of h1000, 0.010" jump and magneto at 2,981fps. Goal is to get an elk with the 215 Berger, 212 ELD and 210 ABLR this year. Between me and my buddy, we've got enough tags to make it happen. Gotta get the elk to cooperate now.

200 or 180 gr accubonds in the 300 in mag

Either will work well, my thinking is you have a .300 win mag so use it to its full potential and go with the 200's.

Applied Ballistics or Shooter For Android App?

I'm a fan of applied ballistics, I've never used shooter, but I've heard nothing but positive about I. I don't think you can go wrong with either

215 Berger Hybrid, close and long range antelope. GRAPHIC

50-75 yards. MV was 2,991fps, both had bullet diameter entrance. Both were bang flop instantly dead. These pics are from the close goat, the long shot was a really nasty exit and if rather not post it for everyone to see. PM if you must see it. https://vimeo.com/185703479

Thanks guys, it was a great hunt. Polaris, I don't take anything you said as disrespectful or anything, I respect your opinion and honesty. It's a long shot and i get your point. I shoot F-class and high power as well and know what you're saying. Wouldn't have taken the shot had the wind not...

Antelope Down 1,034 (Fixed link to video)

Buddy drew a antelope buck tag here in Colorado, his rifle took a digger a few weeks before the hunt so I offered up my .300. We went out first light opening day and found the buck we scouted out and got all set up. Took the atmospherics, range, and wind. And let her rip. Video showed up pretty...

+1 for the .300 Norma, between the two you listed though, I'd just do the win mag and save a little money.
