RL26 works great in my ridgeline I just picked up . Gun has a 26" BBL and I am getting 3037 fps with 69gr of 26 with the 162 eldx. I shot it out to 710 yards the other day.

I called MOA the other day and they are getting 3100 fps with the 170 in there 26" bbl 270 wsm .

It does haul ass. I have a rem700 270 wsm and 0.5 gr under max with it and 140 ab I got 3300. Didn't shoot great but that was no playing with seating depth just mag length. I tried it in my 300 ultra with 178 eldx and hot 3440 fps no pressure.

I'm asking a lot here but I would greatly appreciate if some could run rl26 in a 26" bbl 300rum with 175lrx and 185 vld hunting , and also the same bullets with Rl33. Thank a bunch

I will let you know what I can get out of the 150 this weekend. I have rl26 loaded up with the 150s and the lrx.

Actually mine is begging for a 150 ablr at 3450-3475fps if I can get it there. I tried the 168 vld but I think I could of shot a better group with a 12ga using buck shot. The 168vld did get up to 3330 fps though.

Has anybody tried the above bullets in a 28 nosler ? Thanks

Today I tried the28 at 760 yards and it still shoots out to 760. The first 3 shots I fired just caught the bottom edge of the plate and measured 3.5". So I gave the shv 1 click up and hit the steel just about 4" low of dead center. I should of gave it 2 clicks and it would of been perfect. Very...

RL17 has been no more temp unstable for me then any of the extreme powders . Great accuracy and awesome velocities with it in many different guns. It is one of my favourite powders. I have chronied load in temps from -15C to +25C and it was great.

So I was out on Monday and shot again thru a buddies chrony with some good lighting finally. My speed with mine averaged 3300fps and thru his the first 3 avg 3350. So I shot 3 more and the avg was 3350 again with an ES of 6 fps. I did try some 168vld and they were great too if your into 8 inch...

RL 17 works great with the lighter bullets and excellent velocities ..

I love this scope but not the best for low light with bush in the back ground, other then that its awesome . I sighted in 1.5" high at 100 then took my ballistic info and put it into Isnipe and dialed for 6.75moa and that target was the result.

The rifle is a M48 patriot, I actually built a 28 last spring on a sako 85 but the only thing consistent with it was that is was inconsistent. It would not group consistently so it went down the road. I thought the Patriot M48 was a pretty good deal for what you get.
