I have come to believe a .280AI & a 35W AI would do all of that & then some. This Forum has changed my “Longterm Caliber Plan” considerably.

I thought it did, but I’m not seeing much use of it. I’m having a 300 heavy bullet built, & will try them, as I certainly Like Accubonds more, but they don’t seem as popular as the Berger on most forums.

Something to compete with the Berger 215 out of a 300 WM.

Thank You. I came from a Generation impacted by JOC, Craig Boddington & Grits Gresham being a prime examples. I still plan to have a Plain Vanilla in the rack, right beside the other, more modern Irons.

Naturally. I trade my 338WM off because it isn’t “Enough for the 265 ABLR”, & here y’all are proving otherwise.

My Old A Bolt II would do rather well with the 140 Accubonds @ 2950. That’s from the 22” stock tube. Way, Way under an inch @ 100 yards when I did my part. Why did I sell that one?!!
