I'd think you're fine. I'm pretty conservative, but occasionally you get a load or a barrel that is just fast. I loaded some 30-06 for a buddy's Tikka with 178 ELDX and Superformance. At book max, speeds were 2850 with no pressure signs at all. The same load in a different rifle was 2750.

In all fairness to Buffalo Bore, they do say they developed their standard pressure .38 loads using non-canister powders. Not sure how they measure the pressure but past experience with BB would make me very leery of sticking it in something old and fragile regardless of what it says on the box...

I've never gotten top speed out of Hybrid 100V, but the SD/ES numbers are single digits and accuracy is phenomenal.
