With the Lee FCD there is a sizing ring at the bottom of the die which will size down oversized cast bullets which defeats the purpose of oversized cast bullets. My 44 and 357 FCD had such a ring until I unscrewed the seater stem, took my punch and BFH and knocked the ring out. Problem solved

I get 3400fps from an 80 TTSX from my 243 Win and 3300fps+ from the 80 GMX with no copper fouling. My 243 is a 1/9.125" twist factory Remington. Both also shoot great from my old beat to hell Savage 243 with a 1/11" twist.
I had a box of 100gr 257" Partitions that would vary when seating them and they shot like crap.
I've never had another box of Partitions vary like that.
Of those I would go 55.5grs of 4350
I would also retest 57grs and I would try 57.5grs, 58grs, and 58.5grs
