If your shoulders are blowing out that far then it sounds like your dies are setup wrong and overworking your brass by pushing the shoulder back too far.
If you are FL sizing and you set the dies up per the instructions then you are probably overworking your brass. A belted mag should be...

My .243 Win is refusing to shoot the 80 TTSX, simply refusing, so I changed gears. I have a couple of boxes of 95gr NBT so I figured I would give them a whirl. It looks as if it's going to work out.

45.5grs IMR-4350 is right @ 3200fps from mine with the 80 TTSX with very small and very consistent groups. I just seated mine to the center of the top groove and kept adding powder.
I always size my belted cases like nonbelted cases, I just bump the shoulders back .0015-.002" and I get 12+ loadings from them.
Following the directions they send with the dies is a good way to overwork your brass and shorten case life.
