Try a different bullet. For me and a few friends the 165 Partition, does not work very well. Try the Accubond in 165, I think it will work much better. Wish you luck.

I prefer the 200 grain Partition. This bullet will not fail, in my opinion. It will drive deep smash bones and muscle. It will give you what you are looking for, if you give it a chance. This is a "Big Game Bullet"... Happy hunting my friends.

TC Triumph, are a fine gun. I have one this thing shoots great. I went with the Leupold II 2-7 LR scope. I think, this will have better glass than the Leupold BP scope. The regular LR works just fine. This is my gun. This is how it shoots with some BH 209 Wish you luck with yours.

Okay I will say it too. 30-06. I have made kill shots on game with a 30-06 up to five hundred yards. They both will work fine. The Mag. will get the call if I think I need a 200 grain bullet. Have a good day.
